Mechanical Devices: 5 (Five) spring-driven devices: (1) Victor Talking Machine Company, Camden, New Jersey, portable suitcase Victrola, spring driven record player, c1925; (2) Hartford Time Switch Co., "Type B" electro-mechanical time switch, Seth Thomas marine movement in a locking cast iron case, c1915; (3) Burglar or fire alarm with Seth Thomas marine movement and electrical components in an oak case with glass door, c1910; (4) Paquet, France, "Maelzel" metronome, spring driven tempo device with audible escapement in a walnut case, c1930; (5) England, roasting jack, spring driven movement in a brass case, c1920;
CONDITION:
(1) The unit is in good condition and plays 78 RPM records well. Leatherette case is slightly worn at the corners. Carrying handle will need to be added. One record is included, but it is cracked. Additional needles are included. (2) Very good condition with nice exterior paint, clean brass movement, and complete paper instructions glued inside the door. (3) Probably incomplete. Seth Thomas movement appears to be whole. (4) Excellent condition and working. (5) Cosmetically in good condition, but not tested. Dimensions are for the closed Victrola. Sold "as is ".
